About Surfingwater Plumbing

Who We Are

Surfingwater Plumbing is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Virginia Beach area with independent local plumbing providers for emergencies, sewer lines and drains. We do not employ plumbers or do repairs.

Why We Exist

For most people, a home is the largest thing they own. Plumbing problems can chip away at its value if they are patched in a hurry or left half-fixed. We built Surfingwater Plumbing to make it easy to reach a provider, understand the price and keep records that protect the home.

How Matching Works

You call or send a request. We ask what is happening, where you live and a little about the house. We pass that to an independent provider who serves your area. The provider contacts you to set a time.

What We Expect From Providers

Licenses where the law requires them, plain explanations, written prices before larger work and permits when needed. If a provider falls short, we want to know.

What We Do Not Do

We do not diagnose, repair or set prices, and we do not guarantee outcomes. Each provider runs their own business and is responsible for their work. Your agreement is with the provider.

How We Are Paid

Using Surfingwater Plumbing costs you nothing extra. We may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls and referrals. That does not change what a provider charges.
